Mistral were invited by Severn Trent Water to supervise the commissioning and client handover of their state of the art Call Centre in Shrewsbury.
The original request was to manage the mechanical services portion of the building but very quickly we became the clients representative on the site and managed the full construction handover from Contractor to Client.
The Mechanical systems on the site included a full Rehau ground source system, PV panels on the roof, rainwater harvesting, automatic natural ventilation and was all managed by a fully automated controls system.
The Building achieved an excellent Bream points score as well as
